Two Weeks Till Takeoff!

Less than 2 weeks left until we leave for Mexico and we are so excited about our trip!  We are especially touched and humbled by the generosity of our church and local community as we prepare to travel to Colima - all of the coloring books, toothpaste and toothbrushes, crayons, and other goodies donated to the trip are sure going to make a lot of kids smile!

As we finish up preparations and start packing, please join us in prayer for the trip.  Please pray that:

• That the orphanage directors would be able to line up great projects for us so we can bless the kids and caregivers by making their home even more welcoming and functional
• For good health for every team member while we're in Mexico - that we wouldn't need to slow down a bit for illness or fatigue
• That logistics would be smooth and easy getting to Mexico and in country
• That we would deeply bond together as a group in Mexico, all serving the same King and purpose  
• That we would be open to the lessons God wants to teach us and the changes he wants to make in us as a result of this trip
• That we would be a joy and encouragement to each kid and caregiver at Hogar de Amor
• That God would work in us and through us for his glory!

One Month Till Mexico!

We are so excited - we leave for Mexico in less than a month!  Thanks so much to everybody who has supported the trip with prayers, enthusiasm, and donations.  You guys have blown us away with your support for the trip and the kids of Hogar de Amor.
