He is risen! He is risen indeed!
We had a simply beautiful first day in Colima! Saturday was a very full travel day and we were glad and grateful to finally arrive at the hotel after a day of flights and bus rides. And in cruel irony, we got to enjoy our second spring forward this morning. Sigh. At least the sunrise was amazing.

The highlight of the day was lunch at Monte Real. We got to take 25 caregivers and leaders from Hogar de Amor out to lunch! It was such a blessing to get to bless our brothers and sisters with a special lunch out in the beautiful Colima countryside.

Tomorrow we start our projects and activities with the kids. Please join us in prayer for the week:
- Pray that our work (painting, sewing, plumbing, laying paving stones) would be blessed and a blessing - that it would make the homes more cheerful and comfortable for everybody
- Pray that the activities, sports, and crafts we do with the kids would create cheerful and happy memories for the kiddos here
- Pray that our health and spirits would stay strong. So far we've had a healthy trip - please continue to pray for gracious spirits and healthy bodies

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead.
